Eady to set up and use
It was an easy set-up and works great. I love that it heats up fast. Usually am in it for ten minutes. The timer does not make a sound when it goes off. I would say that the holder for the timer and on/off switches could be better made and actually adapt to the size of the timer. But small matter. I sent the warranty though. For $2300.00 I believe in a warranty.
I have four swollen discs in my thoracic area and I wake up in severe pain and the only thing that helps me be able to walk sitting in that sauna for 25 minutes and then I feel like I’ve oiled up my joints and then I can actually walk around with no pain. It’s a miracle
Good sauna. I was able to get a good sweat after 20 minutes. I had about 7 sessions in my sauna already and noticed how fast it can generate heat . The first 10-15 minutes are very comfortable and relaxing warmth. The last 5 minutes of the 20 minutes session are pretty “hot” in certain parts of the body- in my case , my upper arms and lower back. I tried to stay in the sauna for 10 more minutes after the machine shut off after the 20 minutes because I was able to sweat more during these 10 minutes while still in the sauna with the residual heat. It has been very relaxing and I also noticed that my chronic ankle pain and stiffness have improved significantly since I started using the sauna.
So far so good. 68 y/o. I take Finnish saunas 2-3 days per week and use this on other days. I just plain feel better. Most noticeable in mental health and sleep. I'm holding the faith that it will help immunity. Feel it's likely already taming inflammation as many random physical symptoms I've had for some time are lessening. I live in the midwest and frequently come home cold. It's so nice to know I can warm up whenever I want.
Ingenious concept of sauna with numerous benefits for the body. It can be easily portable, economical and fits to small area. It has unique ability to produce FAR INFRA RED LIGHT. By far, the best to be known. I love it and recommend it. I love your table lamp. It helped me with my sinuses and shoulder condition. Physical Therapy and Ultra Sound was palliative.

I love using the table lamp as a spot treatment for areas that need some far infrared magic I also love using it in my hammock bodywork sessions to keep the back warm and relaxed while I’m working on other areas of the body.
