Absolutely love it! I can only make it 20 mins now, but working up to 30. I have to cover the back of my legs with a towel and cover my toes with folded sock because it can get a little too warm on those areas for me. Overall I give it a 10 out of 10.

I purchased the tabletop lamp because I have had 5 knee injuries in 3 years and thought it may help with exacerbations. I was right! Just a few minutes with my lamp puts my knee back on track to recovery. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT! AND NIC!!!
I have been using my relax sauna for two weeks and I have less pain and more energy. I also just feel happy. This is an amazing product and I 100 percent recommend this for anyone especially if you have chronic illness.

Besides all the detox benefits Relax sauna produces, it helped me tremendously with sleep. I had been waking up in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep. After 2 treatments in the suana, my night's sleep was amazing and now I feel rested when I wake in the morning. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night, I can easily get back to sleep.

I bought this particular massager year and years ago and it finally broke and I have not been able to find the exact one to replace it. I bought one similar but it broke within a year. So to finally find this messager again has been wonderful! I use it everyday!!! Highly recommend!!
We live in North Devon, England so when we chose the Relax Black Pro Sauna, we made the more expensive choice, due to the additional shipping and import Customs tax cost, but for good reason. We have been using an infrared spa at our gym (at a somewhat high price per session). Using the infrared sauna at the gym was beneficial in many ways so we wanted to have one at home, especially now that my wife is diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease and use of the sauna at the gym has helped her. After much research and consideration online and at local sauna shops, the idea of the Relax Black Pro sauna made most sense and didn’t feel we were being over sold as when dealing with some of the other companies. We took a big risk in having this shipped to the UK as there are no distributors here. I am hoping that our sauna holds up for daily use, but felt Relax is a good company and quite a lot more able to trust for us than others. The sauna has met our expectations for a small portable high quality effective infrared unit. The shipping is very expensive. Customs from Taiwan was reasonable into the UK which was a surprise. There is no similar sauna with the quality and simplicity for the mid range cost of the Black Pro sauna here in the UK. I recommend this sauna for people looking for a portable unit. It heats up fast. The shell is very good quality. We are pleased with it and love using it.
